Browsing files and updating?

I want to update my train skin with a newer version. However the Modify News entry doesn't allow me to browse my filesystem for the new updated. Do I really have to type the whole filepath by hand when I update or is there an easier way?

Modify only allows the existing entry to be updated, to do an update and upload a new file it's best to re-submit a new item with the new file.

The next update to upload manager will allow the browse facility you require but it's not stable enough for implementation at the moment :(
