Just arrived from the other place, I like your site & it's nice to see familiar posters. Guess this means the end of my social life altogether.

The posters here are hard core, mostly interested in mapmaking and testing. That's why I am posting my Mars beta here.

Plenty of room for the casual gamer too! :)

Especially if they want to experience more of the game and see what can be done to provide additional scenarios and maps for when the Campaign is over!

Thanks people, this will for sure be a site for afficionados.
Strange how everywhere I go AZ has been there first :)

I'm torn between vigorously promoting this site at the other forums and keeping quiet, so we can have a nice small cohort of die-hard RT3 fans.

Know what you mean, I'm keeping schtum until someone else decides on PR. Mass membership certainly upsets the organisation & this is a very tidy site.
The option of sharing stuff via GF is always there.

For the moment I'm quite happy with the current growth rate of the site. There's enough action to keep the existing users happy and we'll pick up more people through word of mouth for now. :)

It may be that when we're happy with the technical aspects of the site we'll start promoting it a little more "aggresively" but for now I'm happy :)

You beat me to the Beta site Kriss. You'll always have that.

Ditto on the keeping it small. Got wrapped around the axel with bills last month. Hope I can keep my promise about hitting the store and getting those mouse pads. Every $2 helps.

What I like about the small site is Station Master's response.

We ask - HE DELIVERS :D :D :D :D

He runs a fine whistle stop, don't go broke upgrading, 2.2 Mb half a Gig of ram & a half decent (ATI) graphics card does the trick & of course though I loathe it XP runs the skinning tools just great.
