I've implemented some changes in the Upload Manager. (http://www.railroadtycoon.info/upload) Now when you "Submit News" to add an item there is an additional screen that allows you to decide what you're submitting. These screens then only show the relevant fields that are necessary for the item you're adding.
Hopefully this will make things a bit easier for people uploading.
