Texas Tea scenario bug or problem

I loaded the Texas Tea scenario...The way to make steel
is to get the iron out of Mexico...I layed a track all the way
to Mexico and put a station right next to each iron mine...

I even bought the iron mines and sent a special "iron ore" only
freight train to pick it up...The trains will pick up coal from Mexico
but not iron...It just does not load it even though it's sitting there at
the mine for pickup...

Is this a bug, or something i'm doing wrong?

You have to see what price iron is at the station where the steel mill is and what price it is at the mines. If its lower at the steel mill it wont ship whatever you do.
